Dr. Sarah Gorman (she/her), DVM, CCRP, USDA Accredited
A native of Western Massachusetts, Dr. Sarah Gorman received her bachelor degrees in Neuroscience and Biochemistry from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York. She subsequently earned her veterinary degree from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville.Following her studies, Sarah completed a year-long internship just south of Saratoga Springs, New York. She then moved back to Massachusetts, and worked at a number of veterinary practices, gaining particular experience in general medicine, geriatric care, pain management, and soft tissue surgery.
Sarah is a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP), specially trained in physical therapy and rehabilitation techniques for small animals. As a CCRP, she focuses on improving the quality of life for pets with both surgical and non-surgical conditions, enhancing strength and mobility, and managing pain.
In her spare time, she enjoys boxing, glassblowing, and spending time with her family and friends. Sarah has two pets; a 14 year old rescue Golden Retriever and a 16 year old rescue cat, who both enjoy laying on the deck and chasing away squirrels.
